Applied Biosystems® MicroAmp® plastic consumables are optimized to provide unmatched tempera‌ture accuracy and uniformity for fast, efficient, oil-free PCR amplification. The MicroAmp® F©ast 8-Tube Strip fits snugly in the Veriti™ Fast 96-Well Thermal Cycler, maximizing ®thermal conductivity and providing precise control of cycling temperatures. It requires uαse of the MicroAmp® Fast 96-Well Tray (SKU# 4358305).

Amplify in as Little as 25 Minutes
The Applied Biosystems® fast PCR system, comprising pre-mixed AmpliTaq Gold® or GeneAmp® Fast PCR​ Master Mix, specially designed microplates and tubes,≥ and the Veriti™ 96-Well Thermal Cycler, considerably reduces PCR amplifications times. Now yoβu can amplify fragments under 500 bp from genomic background™s in about 25 minutes, and in some cases, in as little as 10 minutes. And you can amplify larg§e fragments faster too – up to 2 kb in as little as 40—50 γminutes.
